How do i pay online annual fees for land or plot
Dear sir,If we are correct you are asking regarding paying annual land tax online. Yes, you can do that. Go to our website www.nlcs.gov.bt and under e-service there is dropdown service known as BoLTS. You will have to register yourself in it and then pay the annual land tax for your Thram. However, this service cannot be availed for four Gyalyong Thromdes (Thimphu, Phuntsholing, Gelephu and Samdrup Jongkhar).Thanking you!

How do i get change in Thram from family to individual as i have already paid by my self
Dear madam,To change the ownership type of your Thram from ' Family Land' to 'Individual Land' you will have to submit application requesting the same along with FN2 form which you can download from our website (www.nlcs.gov.bt) to your concern Dzongkhag or Thromde office.Thank you

I would like to know what are the forms required for Rural Land Transaction. I am seeking this information as i was told that we do not need to submit the previous land transaction forms. However there has been no information on this. SO i would like to request your office to guide me to the required documents.Thank you
Dear sir,Unlike previous land transaction you will not have to fill up any forms. Only document you will have to furnish is internal agreement/sale deed and NOC if the ownership type of the Thram is Family land. Thank you

Dear Sir,I already submitted my details through online la. All most a week now no response / Comments , we are in same family and got lagthram in join co-owners about Gola Thromde. I want to change ownership in individual my thram no 28, Plot no GB 1-9 la.
Dear Sir, The grievances are bring replied from NLCS HQ office. The reason for no response from the concerned officials of Dzongkhag and Thromde is not known to us also. Please contact your concerned Dzongkhag or Thromde for the reasons why your transaction application didn't get nay response. Thank you.
