I would like to know has this system become functional or not?
Kuzu Zangpo! I would like to apologize for responding late. Few hours ago we had experienced power breakdown here and could respond immediately. And if I am not mistaken, you are asking regarding online transaction system (eSakor Portal) and yes it is functioning and we have already launched the system and trained all our officials in Dzongkhags as well.

Dear Sir/Madam, Yes you can apply transaction on others behalf but all notifications will be sent to the one who applied the transaction. The one applying transaction has to also know the thram details of the transaction parties. Thank you.

Kuzu Zangpo! If you are planning to transact you land through sale/purchase, all you need to furnish document from your side is:1. Internal Agreement/ Sale Deed2. If your Thram's ownership is 'Family Land' then you will have to furnish NOC from your family members. If it is 'Individual Land'then it is not required.Then go to our eSakor Portal and register yourself and go to Rural Land Transaction. If you are still not clear then please contact 1521.
