I have registered in Bhutan Online Tax Payment System (BOLTs) and when I click on INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT, bolts.nlcs.gov.bt says - There is no land in this login CID.!
Dear Sir, If there is land against your CID number and if you have already got Lagthram from NLCS, then it should show you land details. If Lagthram for your land is still not issued, then the data will be not in the system. Thank you.

What are the required documents to be uploaded for the family land transaction/ inheritance land transaction in Rural esakor platform?
Kuzu Zangpo! Following are the documents that you need to upload for transaction1. Internal Agreement/ Sale Deed2. No Objection Certificate (If your Thram is 'Family Land') (If the Thram is 'Individual Land' then it is not required)

We will be able to help you or you can visit our office (If you are in Thimphu) and collect provisional lagthram. And if you are out of Thimphu, you may visit our Dzongkhag Land Sector and submit your application for the same.Thank you!

Sir I had excess land but to construct a house site plan is compulsory, it is possible to get site plan on old Tharm

How do we edit or update the land transactions
Dear Madam, after logging into the system, click 'view transaction list' and list of transaction you already registered will be displayed. To edit the transaction type and location, click edit button and edit. If you want to edit other details, click the eye icon and edit other details. However, you won't be able to edit the transaction details if you have already submitted. Thank you.
