I have submitted the land transfer documents through your online system, but it always get rejected and i never recieved any personal message unless i check online, that too i don't get any information why its rejected.

the transaction id 010190031 for the purpose of changing ownership from my late father jou tshering to his wife namgay was still pending when i check land commission today. the works are completely done in gewog, it was accepted and fowarded to dzongkhag with all the required documents. kindly tell me when will i get land ownership certificate registered in my mother name altered from late father?
