I have flat transaction of Phuentsholing Thromdey and have following queries to offer.1.When I selected Chukha Dzongkhag, in English is Chukha but in Dzongkha it is shown as Bumthang.I tried to contact Thimphu Thromdey fixed number, but no response.

Dear sir/madam,i have been trying to apply for a transaction for the change of ownership from my aunt to me but in the transaction detail column the thram no that i enter is not accepted saying that "no match has been found".i have entered the thram nos that is there in the lagthram. since my thram number is not being accepted i cannot proceed with the transaction so i would be grateful if sir /madam could give me the solution for this problem.My transaction number is 14170675.thank you

Respected Sir/madam,its related with the proceedings of applying for Joint-Lagthram and so if have to have own lagthram we have to have 23 decimal in one plot and right now we had only 20 decimal, that's why we have to have joint-lagthram and i do not know how to go with proceedings. If sir/madam could help with the proceedings i would be very grateful for that.

Sir,In the column of Transferor, Transferee and other information provided by you, i have correctly entered everything.Transferor is Mrs Sonam Yangki( the owner)Transferee is Mr Wangchen( the recipient) As per my understanding, Transferor means one who is transferring the ownership to others and transferee means one to whom a property interest is conveyed. Please do the needful as soon as possible as it is taking months and months and in fact it is construed to be a harassment.
