 Dear Madam, for the tax payment system the registration is not in NLCS control. You have to register at https://sso.dit.gov.bt/. If you don't know the answer, please refresh the page and it will show different questions. The registration is one time and you can avail all government service from one login. If you still face the issue, please contact us during office hours at 325170 or 329264 or also DITT. Thank you.

 Respected madam/sir ,Firstly I would like to thank you for developing such a useful app,which is beneficial for all the Bhutanese citizen specially for poor and to the ease of people.I would like to request Dasho,sir/madam, that my family has been living in the land where His Majesty the fourth Druk Gyelpo has granted Patta holder to some of resident in my village and one of the recipent is my family.The support I am seeking here is that,since it has been received from our King during 1985, but still this and some of similar land in my village has not received any Thram till now.I would like to request the department/commission that please provide me with the land detail of the Household No.021100178, village :Chongeykha, Gewog: Phuentsholing, Dzongkhag:Chukha, house no. Kha-11-69 and Head of family ; Deg Nath Dhakal bearing CID.No- 10211005100.And,I also would like to request that did we get the Thram or not la?? Because some of similar problem, having villagers were informing that their land Thram has been issued. Finally, in our citizen detail we have been encountering different Thram No.158 in our household that doesnot belong to us...since we donot have Thram no. We are hoping for New Thram to come for the land we have been staying since 1985 and which is Granted by our country's great leader.  Sir/MadamI have bought Land last year at zomlithang under Gelephu dungkhag in the Year 2018 and done all the Transaction like survey and all related work.The seller got the lagtharm deducting the land from them but i didn't receive the Lagrharm.I visited Geog office and dungkhag office several time but still i didn't got the lagtharm.I called several time to NLC and telling that they have sent tosarpang dzongkhag but yet i didn't got la.Therefore i would like to request concern officials to look into matter and solve the issue la.my Land transaction id:140180003.Thanks

 Sir/Madam, My father Arjun Biswa with ID card No 11216002472 from Tendoo Gewog bought a 10 decimal of land from Tendoo and Thram transfers are awaited. When is the new lag thram going to be issued for Tendoo Gewog transactions.Regards

 Dear Sir, Normally if the transaction involves surveying works, it takes some time. In any case we have systems which our officials uses to do land transaction and also check who collected the lagthram. If the transaction is not yet approved, please be patient.
