I can't fetch the transferee thram No. It says select 'transferee to fetch the thram No.' but there is no option to select
Dear Sir, to fetch transferee detail while adding transaction details, first you have to add transferee details in the transaction party (step 1). If you have not added transferee, system will not no what to select. Thank you.

Dear Madam, To check if the land is mortgaged or not please check with the concerned Dzongkhag Land Office or Credit Information Bureau. As of now NLCS has no system to check if the land is mortgaged or not. But we are in the process of working with financial institution to make an online system for land mortgage. Thank you.

Dear Madam, Did you get the lagthram? Your land was surveyed during spill over activity from NLCS and once the formalities are complete, it will show when you get the lagthram. Thank you.
