dear sir/madam,i have done land transaction through online and it was approved by gewog & dzongkhag but atlast NLCS had returned my transaction stating that "in Chazhag Sa Thram there are Kasho area" how can we know or check that there is kasho Sa.In lagthram, kasho Sa is not mention and as per lagthram i bought the land. i am confused now. while purchasing the land,is there any other option to check about land other than lagthram la?kindly suggest me, now what i have to do to change ownership of lagthram in my name from seller (solid plot).my transaction no.189190069

Sir, i have purchase land at Gelephu, Throm Lap 2, Samdrupling. i have constructed small house. i have lagtharm also. Now i have login to esakor, Rural and i can view my land at Samtse, Sipsu, Belboteng but not gelephu land. My Question is...1.Do i have to register again in esakor urban to view my land detail or is there any other option.2. Dear Sir, You don't have to register. We can see your land details in Urban System. If the CID used in registering in the system is yours, it should display. We will also look if there are any issues. To pay your land tax online visit https://bolts.nlcs.gov.bt. For the tax period before 2019, you have to check with your respective local government office. The online tax payment is introduced only in 2019 and it will take care only from 2019. Thank you.

In my thram # 1152, still missing one plot registered as orange orchard. I have submitted appealed to Dechhenling Gewog in the year 2015 only but not reinsteated. Not known the reason, if it is due to excess land, when the team will come for curve out the excess land.

How can i get land map in my sathram number: 130 (new) la?
Dear sir,The new lagthram shall have both your land detail and maps. If your new lagthram does not have map then please do submit application requesting map to LRO of your concern Dzongkhag.Thank you!
