Dear sir/madam, if you have not received you new lagthram, please put up an application to your gewog office, which will be forwarded to Dzongkhag. They will verify and if find out your lagthram had been been issued from the Headquarter, the Dzongkhag will forward to HQ. The HQ will prepare and send it to the Dzongkhag.Thank you

The land record officer has forwarded me the land transaction no but when I try to track the status of the same,it says it doesn't exist.Please help me to understand what the problem is.

Our family kidu land located at wangchu , bjabcho under chukha dzongkhag is registered in the name of our late mother tashi peki..... and its been more then one year, now my main concern is ....in order to transfer the lagthram from late mother's name to her daughter Miss khandu wangmo; what are the requisite documents la...... your guidelines would immensely benefit in smooth processing. Dear sir, thank you contacting us. In order to transfer the land from deceased to daughter's name you will have to draw internal agreement and no objection letter from rest of the siblings. And visit our website and go to eSakor portal. There you will have to register yourself and follow the instruction for carrying out the transaction.
