Dear Madam, Please check the file size and we recommend you to upload files in PDF format. The allowed size is 2MB. The files cannot be uploaded If the file size is more than 2MB. Thank You.

Sir/Ma'am,Last year I brought a land in Samtse district and we decided to complete the transaction process once they get the new Lag thram which was suppose to be this year. Today I inquired him and he says he haven't received the lag thram yet. I am bit curious as I heard that people living around the area where I have brought the land have already received their new Lag thram. As per the information given in the forum, if the ownership is individual we don`t have to submit NOC from the family & the other clearance if the land is not mortgage in different Banks. so therefore, i don`t know what is the reason to reject the transaction. if you could drop the reasons for rejecting the transaction in the mail, it will be clear for me.thanks.
