How can I know land details so that I can collect my lagthram either from Gelephu thromde or Land Commission, Thimphu. Pl highlight on this issue la. Than you! Dear sir, we may be able to help you if you could provide us the detail of Gewog, Dzongkhag and Thram number of transferer. I doubt that the CID number that you provided is of transferee's and with that we cannot track the transaction ID. Thank you.

For clarity, if following could be incorporated on esakor:1. Give procedures for UL & RL transactions (steps to be completed - what to do, where, how, etc.)2. List the documents required for different condition/situation3. Date selection menu is not user-friendly if we have to select old dates - say 1960s, if there is a shortcut to it, please explain/give tip/sThank You.
Dear Sir, All the step including the background is there in Guides at https://esakor.nlcs.gov.bt/portal/public/app/guide. For selecting dates Click the top row when the calendar is displayed for selecting year and month (Eg: April 2017 then 2017). Thank you.
