RESPECTED MADAM & SIR,ON DATED 2019-03-17 , I HAVE SUMMITTED DOCUMENTS FOR NEW TRANSACTION AND IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW THEN , YOUR OFFICE COULDNOT ACCEPT MY SUMMISSION . A WEEK AGO , I ALSO SUMMITTED THE COMPLAINT LETTER BUT NO CONCERND AUTHORITY HAS RESPONDED IT . THE QUESTION IS BEING ASKED IN MY MIND, WHY? ON DATED 2019-05-10 , I ALSO SUMMITTED AN ANOTHER NEW TRANSACTION FOR WHOLE PLOT REGISTERATION, BUT YOUR OFFICE HAS NOT ACCEPTED IT IF EVEN AFTER A WEEK PERIOD OF TIME. Sir/Madam , I have submitted my original lagtharm to gelephu thromde before few months back due to land polling and they have replace us somewhere and the main thing is that i still didnt get my new orginal lagtharm back till now .
Dear sir, if you did not get your lagthram, then we suggest you to put up an application to Thromde office and follow up with Thromde. Thank you!

Dear sir/mam,I have 21 decimal land which is also mentioned in my lagthram. Now the other party claims that her 1 decimal land is with me for which she demands money for her 1 decimal land. As per her statement 1 decimal land has registered under my name during the land survey done 1 decade ago.I am totally confused as i owned 21 decimal land and i have lagthram for 21 decimal land. Now how can i know that her 1 decimal land is with me? Kindly share me your views on this case or suggest me how should i do to proceed further to solve this dispute.It would be convient and helpful if you could correspond me through email.Thanking you.
Dear madam, we cannot instantly give solution to your dispute on 1 decimals being claimed by other person. We advise you to visit your geog and try resolving the matter there. In case it appears too complex for the geog authority then they shall forward to the Dzongkhag administration. Thank you!
