sir actually I have done transaction through geog before 2years,due to death of my mother. but I didn't got my lagthram till now.my original lagthram is with geog only. Now I am trying do transaction through online. What thing I have to do la.
Dear sir, We advise you to first collect your deceased mother's lagthram from the geog. After that transfer the Thram to all the rightful legal heir as per the internal agreement and then apply through online using our service known as eSakor Portal. Respected sir/mademThe rural transaction bearing 140190013 was returned on dated 15/5/19 by thram verifier.So I just want to know the reason for return transaction since remark is not reflected on it.
Dear Madam, The transaction is rejected from NLCS HQ office to Dzongkhag. You don't have to do anything. Thank you.

sir/madam,We have completed land survey on 10.05.2019 so when will be lagthram get ready la.
Dear madam, if we are correct you have entered into land transaction and survey had been carried out. As per the provision of Land Act 2007, your transaction has to be with the local government for 30 days. Only will they forward to the HQ after completing 30 days. And in HQ it will at least take 7-10 working days to completed all the procedure. Thank you!

I had applied for rural land transaction on 09/04/2019. However when I check the status it is still showing as transaction initiated on 09/04/2019. There is no further update after 09/04/2019 nor did I receive any SMS. Kindly update me la.

How do you get transaction id?
