Dear Sir/Madam,Some of the Gewogs land tax payment through BOLTS is not activated and advised to contact system administrator. How long it will take to pay online for such other gewogs which are yet to make it pay online.

Dear Sir, We cannot change the details of thram holders directly without any document. Please approach Dzongkhag Land and Survey Sector or NLCS head quarter office with application and your original thram. Thank you.

what if the transferee does not have a thram number , could not proceed since it is mandatory in one of the fields

Dear Sir/Madam, From the applicant side, you don't need to worry about field work. You can apply the transaction and when it is time for the field work, you will be notified. Thank you.

How to abort the transaction
Dear Madam, From the applicant side, once the transaction is initiated, click preview from the transaction list or from whichever step you have reached, there is an "Abort Transaction" button to the end where you can abort the transaction. Once aborted you or anyone cannot do anything on the transaction. Thank you.
