Dear Madam, You can track the transaction status from eSakor Portal. Select the transaction (Rual or Urban), enter transaction number and click Check button. Your transaction is map approved. It is waiting for Thram approval, once the thram is approved, your transaction is approved. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,I have just registered into eSakor and I have successfully logged in (on 15/04/2019). Now can I apply for land transactions here after uploading scanned duly signed and filled no objection forms? Dear Sir, Anyone who has land and wants to do transaction can do it by self if you know how to use. Our system is made user friendly as much as possible and we also prepared guides (https://esakor.nlcs.gov.bt/portal/public/app/guide) so that it will help any citizen wanting to process land transaction. Getting the paid service from BRLTS is up to you (you have a choice to pay and let BRLTS do all the work or you can do yourself). Thank you.

Sir/madam,I cannot view my land detailsregistered in my CID
Dear Sir, There are no registered land in the eSakor database against your CID number. It might be that your land is there but you have not completed some process in order to get lagthram. After getting lagthram only the land will appear in eSakor. Please contact your concerned Dzongkhag or Thromde or HQ Land Division office if you have land and not updated some information. Thank you.

I am a policeman with very poor supportive backgrounds, a very bad one actually. I'll get started right away. My parents are from a rural area of Khomshar Chiwog under Zhemgang Dzongkhag. And the thing is that, my father was robbed of all of his Land Thrams when he was small by his brother who aged older than him. However, the man is dead now and I don't have any concerns for him. I just want to know if it is possible to find any Land Thrams belonging to my father's (Choney#12001001647#01/01/1955) father, late Lenkong. This would be of great help, please.
