Can you suggest under which category it falls in your system of an addition of new owner in the existing old plot owners of joint ownership... say 4 owners hold the plot under one thram but we want to include one more owner to make 5 in tolal ... further, what are the documents required for submission...thanks

We have land in Tsangchuthama, Phuntshothang, under Sandrup Choiling Dungkhag. The Land is registered in the name of Mrs. Karma, Thram No. 1221 Plot No. PHT-2529 Type Family ownership. We wanted to change the ownership to Joint ownership between Mrs. Karma, Kinzang Wangdi and Lobzang Jamtsho under the same thram no. We found out that Phuntshothang gewog office has forwarded the files to Samdrup Choiling Dungkhag Office. We inquired concern official at Dungkhag Office and they have acknowledge the receipt of our document in complete form. It has been over years that our transaction is not enter into the system. We followed up several times, the concern Officials inform us that he has forwarded the case to Samdrup Jongkhar Office. But even today, the transaction has not happen. Please advise how and whom to followup in such cases.
