How long it take to complete the ownership transaction in thromedey, as per land act maximum duration to be keep in geog is one months ?
Dear Sir, In Thromde the observation period is same as Gewog (One Month). But depending upon the nature of transactions it will differ. Thank You.

I would appreciate if you could guide me as to how I could attach additional attachments if i failed to submit it during the submission of the application. Does it have to be rejected by the administrator or we could do from our end. If so, how could we do it? Thank you.
Dear Pema, If you have already submitted your transaction application you cannot upload additional documents. However if the transaction is returned to you from Thromde, you can upload. Please check your transaction status from here. if it is accepted you may need to visit to Thromde. Thank You.

i am unable to upload the transaction details for land transactions. it just says "failed to upload details" and does not specify what has exactly gone wrong.Please let me know where I have gone wrong.
Dear Sir, Please check your file size. The system only excepts file size of 2MB. And also please check the format of your files. The recommended file type and allowed file types are listed in the form where you upload files. Thank You.

my father recently passed away and i started the procedure of ownership transfer in this website. Since his name and id card had been removed from the census, the first page says his details doesnt exists in the database. thus the thram nos and other details are not matching or accepted in the system. i visited thrompon office and from there i was sent to ITC section of land commission head office at kawajangsa. i have met a person in ITC section and i was told this is the first complain they are facing and i was told they wil solve this problem soon. i was glad and waiting for the solution. yet i thought to post it here again so that other public members who faced the same problem wil get some ideas and dont have to visit office personally and at the same time the officials responsible for this would solve this problem sooner. thank you,
