What are some of the the attachments required for the transaction of changing the ownership of land which is actually a joint ownership. I was confused when it asked about the mortgage declaration form since I dint from where I should obtain it since the mentioned land has been not yet mortgaged with any of the financial institutions.Plz help me out
Dear Madam. The attachments required are listed but it would be better for you to once consult the Thromde office or NLCS Urban Land Division. All the contact details are listed in the portal itself. The mortgage declaration form is in the system it self in overview of the transaction (Upper side, click the link that says Mortgage Declaration Form and system will generate the form for you to print or download). You may call the ICT Division if you can't find it. Thank You
