How to abort the transaction
Dear Madam, From the applicant side, once the transaction is initiated, click preview from the transaction list or from whichever step you have reached, there is an "Abort Transaction" button to the end where you can abort the transaction. Once aborted you or anyone cannot do anything on the transaction. Thank you.

My land alongside the Thimphu-Paro highway in Shaba have come under the road widening project, thus, 14 decimal of the above land have been deducted for road purpose but my name was not on the list of landowners who is eligible for land compensation. Who should I approach for the redressal?

Madam/Sir,I tried to enter the thram no and area of the land under transaction details and added some remarks in the remarks box.However, it failed to be added despite several attempts. What could have gone wrong?
Dear Madam, Have you added the transferor details? Please send the application number to see what the exact issue is. If you have added the transferor, as soon as you select the transferor thram while adding transaction details, the plots under the thram should be shown to you. Thank You.
