Dear Sir, Yes you can if the transaction application is not submitted yet. If you have already submitted, you may have to ask the concerned Dzongkhag official to return the transaction application back to you. Thank you.

Dear Sir, You need to select Sale Purchase as the transaction type if you are buying or selling land. Inheritance is for inheriting land (Eg: from parents to children). Under the sub, you can select Sale Purchase. Thank you.

My first registration was unsuccessful. I tried again and again. Auto comments such as "This CID number is already in use. Please contact System Admin" , "This email ID is already in use. Please contact System Admin".... Can it be possible to clear out my previous attempts and provide new registration page?
