Dear Sir, You don't have to apply new transaction. Please make the changes or correction as asked and re-submit again. To re-submit, login to portal, click view your transaction, click the eye icon towards the right side of the table under action column and it will show the details of your transaction. Thank you.

If your Thram's ownership is 'Family Land' then you will have to furnish NOC from your family members.
