I have registered in Bhutan Online Tax Payment System (BOLTs) and when I click on INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT, bolts.nlcs.gov.bt says - There is no land in this login CID.!
Dear Sir, If there is land against your CID number and if you have already got Lagthram from NLCS, then it should show you land details. If Lagthram for your land is still not issued, then the data will be not in the system. Thank you.

How do we edit or update the land transactions
Dear Madam, after logging into the system, click 'view transaction list' and list of transaction you already registered will be displayed. To edit the transaction type and location, click edit button and edit. If you want to edit other details, click the eye icon and edit other details. However, you won't be able to edit the transaction details if you have already submitted. Thank you.

Respected Sir/Madam, Here I tried several times to register for the relevant e services to pay land tax and other important inquiries but the result was error saying consult to DITT. I would be grateful if sir/madam could guide me.Thanks
Dear Madam, for the tax payment system the registration is not in NLCS control. You have to register at https://sso.dit.gov.bt/. If you don't know the answer, please refresh the page and it will show different questions. The registration is one time and you can avail all government service from one login. If you still face the issue, please contact us during office hours at 325170 or 329264 or also DITT. Thank you.

Can an individual register and create an account in eSakor portal or is it available only for those trained graduates.
Dear Sir, Thank you for contacting us. You can register and avail all the available services from the portal. Once registered you can also check the land details against your CID through Bhutan. We will be adding additional service in future. Thank you.

Dear Concern,I would like to know if you have any plans on the development where individuals can have pre-access to the land details especially when someone is buying land from another. Suppose if the land is already mortgaged with any financial institutions, already sold or any related matters with the particular land details.
