Feedback1. If admin of eCitizen can obtain the Mortgage Declaration form from the land/ building seller (transferor) via email would make this process easy.

Dear Sir, The purpose of having this system is to record all details including the necessary documents and yes if the applicants has forgotten to attach the required documents although there is option to return to applicant to re-upload, if required we will definitely help you la. Thank You.

Sir/Madam, I have 19 decimals of wetland bought in my name and I wanted it to convert it into dry land to build a house. I was told if I don't have any land in name I can process for conversion. What is the process?

Dear Sir, First of all sorry for late reply. The process for conversion of wet land to dry land (chhuzhing to khamzhing) is as follow. First fill up the Land Conversion form and submit to Gewog. Gewog will send the form and other documents to Dzongkhag. From Dzongkhag the application (From and other documents) will be sent to Ministry of Agriculture and Forest (MoAF). Then MoAF and NLCS will do a joint verification of your land. The verification report will be checked by MoAF and will be Approved or Rejected base on the verification report by NLCS and MOAF. Thank You.
