RESPECTED MADAM & SIR,ON DATED 2019-03-17 , I HAVE SUMMITTED DOCUMENTS FOR NEW TRANSACTION AND IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW THEN , YOUR OFFICE COULDNOT ACCEPT MY SUMMISSION . A WEEK AGO , I ALSO SUMMITTED THE COMPLAINT LETTER BUT NO CONCERND AUTHORITY HAS RESPONDED IT . THE QUESTION IS BEING ASKED IN MY MIND, WHY? ON DATED 2019-05-10 , I ALSO SUMMITTED AN ANOTHER NEW TRANSACTION FOR WHOLE PLOT REGISTERATION, BUT YOUR OFFICE HAS NOT ACCEPTED IT IF EVEN AFTER A WEEK PERIOD OF TIME. TO THE CONCERND AUTHORITY PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ACCEPT IT. HOPE THIS COMPLAINT LETTER WILL SOLVE THE MATTER AND FULLFIL OUR ASPIRATION.SONAM DORJIREAL ESATATE AGENT,PHUNTSHOLING.

How do you get transaction id?
Dear sir, the moment you initiate land transaction in our eSakor portal the number will be generated and that is your transaction ID. Thank you!

Hello! i wanted to pay land tax online but i am not able to register as i do not have my late fathers CID. Is there any alternative to register to obtain eservices? Also, i would like to find out as to what should i do to cancel the newly issued thram and remeasure my ancestrail land for further distribution. Pl help.With regardsChimmi Dorji

Sale & Purchase was registered on dated 7/5/2019 vide transaction no 23190136. This has been rejected. Kindly let us know the reason for rejection to enable us to correct.
