I would like to know what are the forms required for Rural Land Transaction. I am seeking this information as i was told that we do not need to submit the previous land transaction forms. However there has been no information on this. SO i would like to request your office to guide me to the required documents.Thank you
Dear sir,Unlike previous land transaction you will not have to fill up any forms. Only document you will have to furnish is internal agreement/sale deed and NOC if the ownership type of the Thram is Family land. Thank you

Dear sir and madam,Our registered dry land Pl no 1414 at samdrupcholing drungkhang is occupied by RBA , we have thram but no map of it. Submitted wriiten application to RBA at samdrupcholing but concern official from RBA says it is registered in their thram in 2014. So we have written application to dzongkhag land officer rooted through gup, drungkhag land officer and drungpa for substitute land. Before six months I came and submitted application to land commission and met with director regarding the above issue. Director has instructed madam yangka pem of land commission to look after my issue. As per telephone conversation with madam, she told me to go back and apply for land substitute against the said thram. Now It is almost two months, concern officials at drungkhag says that they haven't got any response from the dzongkhag. Therefore I hereby request the concern authority to look into it.

RLT bearing ID 140190013 was accepted on February 7 2019 .The status of my application still keeps showing accepted after I have done gup endrosement, filled survey and submitted to Dzongkhag LR office.
