While I am punching the transferor details, the thram no which I have punched says that it is pending with the transaction ID: 189190057. What is that can you plz explain it.
Dear Madam, It means that the thram you are trying to add in transaction is already in transaction. The thram is already in transaction you said and is being processed by someone where your details are added as witness. Thank you.

While submitting the transaction there is no mention of the documents endorsed by the geowg to be uploaded.Upon submission of the application only we get the remark "to submit gewog endorsed forms". It will be very beneficial if the gewog endorsed form to be mentioned in the list of required documents. As gewog endorsed form is not in the list of documents to be submitted, there is no basis/ground to reject the application.

What is Kasho Transaction Area under Transaction Details of Rural Land Transaction?
Dear sir,Kasho Area Transaction is excess that had been measured during last re-survey and had been granted as Kidu from the His Majesty. So only in the instance of inheritance you are permissible to subdivide the kasho area amongst the sibling. For example, if you have 30 decimal in your thram and out of it 10 decimal is kasho area which means your actual area is 20 decimals. ANd you are dividing it equally with your sibling, which is 15 decimals each. so in the Kasho Transaction you will have to divide it as per how you have agreed amongst your family members.
