Dear sir/madam, I am trying to transfer a plot from my Lt Father's name to my Mother's name. However, the plot is not under his tharm. There is a different tharm for the plot, to be transferred. In such cases how do I apply? Thank you

So i came to know recently that he have got land in his name. Dear madam,We advise you to contact your local government or gewog office regarding the tax not paid since 2012. The NLCS only facilitate the development of online payment system called BoLTS. The concerned local government are the sole authority regarding the land tax regulation. Thank you!
