Dear sir, you will have to check the status of your transaction. Once it shows that your transaction is accepted you will have to visit your Dzongkhag and submit original documents which you have uploaded. And sam e will be notified through sms to you. Thank you!

Dear sir, the CID you provided is transferee and not transferer's. Therefore, kindly provide the CID number of transferer's so that we will be able to track the transaction and its ID. Thank you!

Hello la, I am from Sarpang Tar under Shompangkha Gewog, Sarpang Dzongkhag. I would like to change the ownership from my mother's name to my name as she expired in Oct 2016 which is mandatory as per law. However, I have not received the original Lagthram as of date without which it may not be processed. In this case can I approach the concerned authority in the head quarter in person? Dear sir, we advice you to visit your concerned Dzongkhag and they will provide necessary forms which should be duly filled up and internal agreement should be drawn between siblings. After that you will have to submit it to the concern Dzongkhag. Thank you!

I have applied my Land transaction on 16th May 2019, and today its 30th May 2019, it's been two weeks. I would like to clarify is there some error, or am I missing some documents? if not how long will it take to get approved?
Dear sir, if you provide us the transaction ID we will be able to clarify and suggest you the necessary steps. Or you can track the your transaction in eSakor if you have transaction ID.

I had applied for rural land transaction on 23 april,2019.however when i checked the status it is updated but no sms till now...moreover how long it will take the certificate to be available to individual so that i can collect from from ur Headquarter la.....
Dear sir, normally it is required to keep 30 days in the Gewog and Dzongkhag from the day of your application is accepted. After completing that period your application will be forwarded to HQ. And it takes less than 10 days to complete the whole process. Thank you.
