 I have completed the transaction application for Inheritance (Transaction Type) under Rural Land Transaction in eSakor Portal. I have also received SMS from NLCS stating that please come to gewog office with original documents for verification. So, what are the original documents to be submitted for verification in gewog office? Is it about these two documents viz; Family Internal Agreement and Family No Objection Form that I have to submit to the Gewog office for verification ?

 After how many year the land owner can sell the land after resettlement? What are the procedure for land transaction? How many day it will take to make lagtharm after complete document was submitted by dzongkhag to HQ?( no need to do Servey).

Procedure for land transaction is: register in Rural Land Transaction under eSakor Portal, login, initiate, fill up online forms, upload supporting documents and submit. Anything happening on your transaction will be notified to you through SMS. The number of days depends on the complexity of the work and availability of the officials working on land transaction.
